How long have you been in real
estate?
I have been independently licensed within the State of Washington
since 1994 and have been actively working in the real estate
field and banking industry for over twenty years.
Do you have educational and
professional credentials?
My background is in business administration. Working successfully for all aspects of the finance industry in the Bay Area of Northern California. Operating regional loan and real estate sales offices for Santa Barbara Savings, Pacific Savings Bank and PREMCO.
Professionally I have established myself in Washington State
as a broker, currently working as an Associate Broker with the
most successful regional franchise in the Pacific Northwest,
Windermere Real Estate Lake Chelan.
Do you have special talents
or skills that enhance your
real estate sales and service?
Successfully completing our familys own relocation
and integration into the community has given me a clear perception
of customer needs in a market driven by second homes, retirement
and relocation. My detailed attention to every aspect of a move
and positive nature has been greatly appreciated by my clients.

within the industry?
I have an excellent reputation with my colleagues and a strong
selling and listing record. Reaching Number One in our office
for sales and listings in a waterfront and residential market since 1997. Quoted in both Washington CEO magazine
and Pacific Northwest for area information regarding market

Absolutely! It gratifying to see that over 50% of my business comes from referrals and return clients. Tangible evidence that we offer quality service.

Through my diverse financial and real estate
background I can offer my clients comprehensive advice and service.

during the negotiation process for all parties involved. It

Why would you best serve my

That is a two fold question. I am in partnership
with a market leader. Windermere is the Pacific Northwest Leader
and this continues to be true of our local market as well. The
records show that we have been number one on the waterfront
market as well as in residential placement. During 1997 to 2000
Windermere had 75% of the waterfront market. This has come
as a result of our advertising, internet placement and Windermere
networking. Keeping us well ahead of the competition. Consistently
we have strong properties and qualified buyers.
Secondly, I have a very personal approach with
my clients and tailor a creative , individual strategy to meet
their real estate needs. I have an exceptional sense of keying
you with the right property or finding a niche market in which
